You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for ensuring your personal information is accurate and up-to-date.

4.1 Payments must be made in full before a session or package is delivered unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Pricing is as shown at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices at any time for future bookings.

5. Refunds & Cancellations
5.1 All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided for any services, sessions, packages, programs, workshops, or digital content unless otherwise agreed in writing by EmotionalFreedom.ltd.
5.2 Where a refund is exceptionally agreed, this will be at our sole discretion and may be subject to administrative fees or deductions for services already delivered.
5.3 Missed sessions, late arrivals, or non-attendance are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7.1 Our services may include yoga, breathwork, meditation, movement-based practices, coaching, and emotional wellbeing work.
7.2 If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, injury, mental health condition, or any health-related concern, you must inform us prior to attending any yoga, breathwork, or meditation session.
7.3 In some circumstances, you may be advised not to participate in a session for safety reasons.
Where this advice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time, a refund will be provided for that session only.
7.4 By participating in any session or service, you confirm that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, and that you take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during and after participation.
7.5 You acknowledge that EmotionalFreedom.ltd does not provide medical advice and that our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare treatment.
7.6 In accordance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, EmotionalFreedom.ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any participant at any time if they are deemed to pose a risk to:
